Riverside Plaza (452 Flinders Street, Melbourne) comprises 16 office levels with large, efficient floor plates of up to 2,700m², the majority of which have uninterrupted views of the Yarra River and Southbank. The property also offers a large auditorium which Stockland offers for hire. Edwardjames were approached to develop a cost effective solution for marketing this function/event space to businesses in the surrounding Melbourne CBD. The direct mail campaign developed by edwardjames proved extremely successful for Stockland and Riverside Plaza.
